Terms of Service

GENERAL RULES

1. Both sides should follow common sense
2. By commissioning me you accept my work rules and TOS
3. I take orders above 50€ only from 16+ customers
4. I have right to deny order from anyone for any reason
5. The price can change during work if there is a change requested by the commissioner.
6. In cases not covered by this TOS common sense, country laws and agreement between both sides takes presence
7. TOS can be updated over time

TIME AND WORK IN PROGRESS

1. Estimated order completion time is determined individually for each order
--> For smaller orders 2-8 weeks, for bigger ones relatively more
--> In case of delays I'll inform the commissioner
2. Unavailability of materials may extend the deadline and is not considered as fault of the maker
3. Priority work and shorter deadline can increase the price of the commission
4. WIPs and finished work photos are shared privately to the commissioner and publicly on various social media platforms
--> Commissioner can request to not post any WIPs and finished product publicly, e.g. it's a gift for someone
--> After the parcel was delivered or gift has been received, the photos will be shared

PAYMENT

1. Orders below 50€ are paid in full before starting work or ordering materials
2. Orders above 50€ can be paid in two 50% installments for materials and then for work itself
3. Large fursuit orders might be broken further (per individual agreements)
4. Payments are accepted via Paypal, bank transfer or BLIK (PL only)

DELIVERY

1. I ship only within EU
2. Commissioner chooses the delivery methoid and covers the cost of delivery
3. Orders can be picked up personally at events
4. I'm not responsible for the package being lost or damaged by the delivery company

RETURNS/REPAIRS

1. In case of the commissioner resigning:
--> I don't return the payment for purchased materials/patterns/etc.
--> I don't return full payment for custom* orders if the work has already begun (custom: size, colors, altering from the normally offered)
--> At own discretion I can return part of the payment if the work is at an early stage
2. In case of a resignation from me I will return the payment in full or in part, with the work done/materials bought
3. I offer repairs/replacements of sold items up to 2 times in the first 12 months
--> If the damage occured during normal usage of the item or due to manufacturing error
--> After 12 months or if the damage was caused by incorrect usage/treatment of the item, I will be charging for the repairs
--> Commissioner covers the cost of shipping both ways
